GROMACS upcoming 5.1.4 Release Notes

These release notes document the changes that have taken place in GROMACS since version 5.1.3 to fix known issues.

• Removed HIS1 from oplsaa and charmm definitions
• Fixed amber03 charges for HIP and LYN
• Fixed OPLS/AA-L charges for HISD and HISE
• Fixed bug with conjugate-gradient and OpenMP
• Fixed Parrinello-Rahman with nstpcouple > 1
• Fixed Ewald surface+3DC corrections
• Fixed twin-ranged cutoff for potential-switch LJ running on GPUs
• Added work-around for glibc 2.23 with CUDA
